Depression – What Is It Really?

Depression – Is There Much More Going?

My mind space is feeling quite foggy and my clarity, concentration and confidence is not at its best. I appear to be functioning in an in-between state of mind that’s much more distant than present. If this was due to my own doing or a resultof self numbing infliction, then I could understand. Have you ever felt this way? Have you ever wondered if this was the onset of Depression?

Even more so, when there’s no obvious trigger that could logically explain its occurrence. Is this something that I’ve done or haven’t done? Is there something drastically wrong with me? Ascertaining its negative cause and effect scope of influence on our psyche can be nearly impossible. At best it will have you questioning your own sanity, and at worst it will severely challenge you.

Is my body experiencing toxic shock? Is my biology going haywire and clouding my brain box?

Is it related to any Cosmic activity? Is it zapping my sense of self, reality and motivation?

Is it something in my immediate environment that’s adversely impacting on my energy systems?

Is this due to an innate imbalance, energy block or is it something which my soul desires?

Because of our holistic nature, whether this is physical, psychological or psychic really matters not. Because we are intrinsically interconnected beings, we are on some level aware of what this entails. The most important thing is prevention, which involves discovering, reducing or removal of the source. For the most part we can do this ourselves, and when we can’t then we can call on others for help.

Depression is but one of the many terms used to categorise the sufferance of such a debilitating condition. Another is mental illness, there’s no doubt either health condition severely diminishes one’s quality of life. Not just for those directly affected but for all their family, friends, colleagues and associates etc…. If this was a result of an energy imbalance wouldn’t it make sense to address this in the very first instance.

Depression whatever its trigger, can be quite a normal human emotion, encounter and experience. Understandably we may choose to momentarily anesthetize the pain ourselves until this passes. we are experiencing depression for the most part, or for 24/7/365. In this case anesthetizing ourselves with stimulates or prescribed mediation is not the answer.

I’m sure that you’re more than aware of just how amazing the human body is and its ability to heal itself. Have you ever wondered how you could best support and positively enhance this astonishing process? Have you ever wondered how to best prevent any self sabotaging occurring which would destabilise this? More important, have you ever considered if there’s something else going on that you aren’t aware.

This game called life is just an illusion, yes without question the pain, frustration and heartache is real. This is where the reality ends and the mass misconception, miscommunication and confusion begins. If our conventional healthcare systems are striving to provide the highest possible level of healthcare. Why isn’t this reflected in the state of happiness, harmony, health and well being of its many clients?

Prevention is by far the best approach to this, but it needs to encompass a Holistic model and framework. And one that encourages, empowers and benefits their clients to become proactive in their own healthcare
