A Mother’s Undeniable, Unconditional and Unselfish Love
There’s an Earth Angel amongst us who’s motherly devotion and dedication to her family’s happiness, harmony and well being is second to none. This fulltime employee and extremely hard working women, mother and grandmother is such a beautiful, loving, caring, kind and compassionate soul.
Even when faced with life’s adversity and her arduous workload, she diligently attends to her household tasks and family responsibilities. Her remarkable resilience and abundantly high levels of endurance allow her to accomplish such an exhaustive schedule.
Adequate sleep would no doubt be a rare, highly prized and precious commodity in the life of this busy, productive and task focused super mum. Her superhuman motherly feats and work ethic could easily be compared to competing in a gruelling iron women event or 42km marathon run.
This combined with her many other extensive roles and hats worn within the family unit ensures each day is another glowing “gold medal” performance. She is a quiet achiever that is tireless, selfless, gracious, humble and always prioritising her family’s needs well ahead of her own. During a 2007 Christmas & New Year family reunion and holiday in Darwin I was privileged to witness this extraordinarily gifted woman in action.
No matter what her tasks involved, she calmly and graciously demonstrated a multitude of her innate motherly, nurturing energies, abilities, qualities and attributes. While we all resonate and vibrate to our own unique energetic signature and ultimately strive to fully align with our soul’s wish and heart’s desire; many aren’t always able to achieve this. But there’s no doubt in my mind this absolutely amazing and remarkable women, mother & grandmother has achieved this wholeheartedly.
If I could share “just the one” insightful, inspirational and heart rending story during this lifetime that would essentially and unequivocally portray that of “A Mother’s Undeniable, Unconditional and Unselfish Love” this would be one such story. Especially the heartfelt affection she proudly displays for her own family, nine children and three grandchildren. Most interestingly, what makes her so unique and distinctive when compared to the many other devotional mothers in a similar situation would have to be her youthful lifespan.
As she is still in the prime of her life at such a youngish age of just forty two years old. I would like to dedicate this poem to my step-daughter Jeanon Cubillo. You truly are a beloved gift from our heavenly creator. It’s my belief that you have the courage, conviction, faith and fortitude to confront and counteract any of life’s extreme cases of hardship and adversity. This also includes its many associated higher learning lessons and challenges.
As a result she has also become highly proficient at absorbing many of life’s hard knocks. This she has done without any thought or consideration for herself. Being, also aware of the multidimensional predicament she’s both been dealt and endured in this lifetime makes her story even more incredibly inspiring. Jeanon you possess many hidden gifts which you may not always be aware, including your healing energies which allowed me to intuitively recover rapidly from my bout of the flu while in the process of creating this poem. Please don’t underestimate the positive and calming influence you bestow onto others.
Please keep smiling and take comfort in knowing you will certainly be looked after, and we will all endeavour to lighten your load when and where we can. As one day, you will be rewarded exponentially in kind for your monumental efforts and years of service, this being a primary goal of your mother and I.
